What Amused God?
By Param Lowe (28 July, 2012)
A child wondering around,
Met God on the way,
The lonely child amused God,
God asked the lonely child, “Where do you live?”
“In my home”, said the child,
God smiled and asked again,
“Where is your home?”,
“Very far away”, said the child,
God worried for the lonely child,
No one of hers seems around,
The child saw a stray dog roaming around,
The child screamed for her mother,
From a corner her mother appears,
Mother asks the child to grab man’s hand,
But the child runs towards mother’s heaven,
This amused God even more,
God smiled and said, “Bless you both”.
