In Roman letters:
Aey Khuda! jo zindah hai,
usey insaan honey ki himmat de,
Aey Khuda! jo insaan hai.
usey musleimaan honey ki himmat de,
Aey Khuda! jo musleimaan hai.
usey farishta honey ki himmat de.

English translation :
O Almighty! inspire the lifeless to life again,
O Almighty! inspire the living to be humane,
O Almighty! inspire the humane to be godhead,

Its my first attempt to write Urdu poetry.
Please excuse me if there are any mistakes in writing. I am just learning Urdu language “DIY”. My first interaction with urdu was brought by late Pt. J. Mohan (my maternal grandfather “Nana ji”). He was only Urdu literate. Whenever I visit him in summer vocations he use to read out chapters from BhagwatGita written in Urdu, for me. Since then, I am facinated to this language.
